Breathwork & Soundbath
Join Lauren Durkin and Jo Keatley for a transformative journey of breathwork and sound.

6.15pm for a 6pm start. 8pm finish.
Extend your inner odyssey with the power of breathwork, followed by a sacred lotus tea ceremony and ending with meditation and sound bath to help de-stress and rejuvenate, in the tranquil setting of The Friend’s Meeting House in Charlbury.
Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow. Spaces are limited so booking is essential. Cost is £25 per person.

An immersive sound journey to help you relax, de-stress, rebalance and rejuvenate.

Jo Keatley and Dan Branigan will take you on an immersive sound journey with gongs and a variety of instruments in the tranquil setting of The Charlbury Quaker Meeting House.
