"Jo's gong bath is the best I've ever experienced, she's a truely gifted lady."

With a love of music and an active interest in holistic treatments and therapies, I discovered gongs were the perfect way of marrying these two passions together.

My journey started when, after life changing events, I came across the Mark Williams book ‘Finding Peace in a Frantic World’ which was my introduction to mindfulness and meditation, leading me to undertake a foundation in teaching MBCT and a series of master classes for mindfulness in the workplace at Oxford Mindfulness Centre.

Shortly after the birth of my second child, I attended a group gong bath and found it such a powerful and intriguing experience.

Feeling an instant connection when I was introduced to playing the gong, I was amazed by the power of the gongs as a healing and transformational tool and knew instantly this was a path I wanted to take. As a result, I completed a gong practitioner course run through The College of Sound Healing.
